Anger is a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility. Anger also happens when some one pushes you to the limit and you get angery and snap at people. There are 3 technique's that people can do is walk away and take deep breaths, count to 100 , and listen to music while doing your favorite activity or sport. When some one is getting on your nerves and you are getting fed up walk away or count to 100. When some one is trying to fight you just put on your earphones and walk away. Its better not to not to through your anger at some one.
When some one needs anger management they cant control there anger and starts to snap very fast. They also start fighting with people who is bigger than them, or smaller than them. The way I would control my anger is walk away, or listen to music and play basket ball so I wont get into trouble with another person.
